Meeting the Expert (on Solar Energy)

Good news!

We are inviting an expert on solar cells/panels to our school on 28 Feb 2008.

He will be coming to our school at 2.25pm and we could meet him in the school canteen.

Do come with your questions with regards to the solar cells/panels.

Lesson 7: Hands-On Drafting of Survey Questions


For this week's GRACE session, your group will prepare your survey questions. Discuss the questions and confirm them with your teacher.

The survey will be related to your topic. It should be about awareness and commitment (about the theme) in your school.

For the rest of the week, carry out the survey in your school.

Present your findings next week.

This announcement is meant for those Marists who will miss their meeting sessions on 7 Feb 2008.

There is no lesson on 7 Feb 2008. However, you have to meet up in your group during any free time to complete the tasks for meeting 5.

Lesson 5 (Week 6: 4 - 8 Feb 2008)

Dear Marists


For this week's meeting, you will have to
1. Read up Powerpoint lesson 4 on the Project Planners.
2. Do a final submission of your planners.
3. Start on your preliminary research. Individually, present some findings at your next meeting.

During the meeting, you are to:
1. Submit your final plan to your teacher.
2. Show some of your research and findings to your teacher.
3. Show your plan for your final product.
4. Do some reflection “Taking Stock”.
